Do I need to clear it with the hotel?

Can you come very late or very early?
Yes. In-suite visits run 24 hours at the same fixed price, which suits late arrivals and pre-dawn flights.
Is payment taken upfront?
Yes. Your card is charged when you book, which holds the specialist and your slot. Free cancellation up to 2 hours before.
